CTSV directly models sparse raw count data through a zero-inflated negative binomial regression model, incorporates cell-type proportions, and performs hypothesis testing based on R package pscl. The package outputs p-values and q-values for genes in each cell type, and CTSV is scalable to datasets with tens of thousands of genes measured on hundreds of spots. CTSV can be installed in Windows, Linux, and Mac OS. authors: - family-names: Developer given-names: Jinge Yu email: yjgruc@ruc.edu.cn - family-names: Developer given-names: Xiangyu Luo email: xiangyuluo@ruc.edu.cn preferred-citation: type: article title: Identification of Cell-Type-Specific Spatially Variable Genes Accounting for Excess Zeros authors: - family-names: Yu given-names: Jinge - family-names: Luo given-names: Xiangyu journal: Bioinformatics year: '2022' doi: btac457 url: https://doi.org/10.1093/bioinformatics/btac457 identifiers: - type: doi value: 10.1093/bioinformatics/btac457 repository: https://bioc-release.r-universe.dev repository-code: https://github.com/jingeyu/CTSV commit: 9f76a6c3ba0fe714b5e0938929dc19f8e07dd877 url: https://github.com/jingeyu/CTSV date-released: '2026-04-28' contact: - family-names: Developer given-names: Jinge Yu email: yjgruc@ruc.edu.cn
