NEW FEATURES
- Helper functions are added to the package. These functions are a simple
interface to retrieve the data files provided by this package. The functions
are mostly relevant in TargetSearch examples.

SIGNIFICANT USER-VISIBLE CHANGES
- The dataset 'TargetSearchData' which used to contain 'TargetSearch' objects
has been moved from package 'TargetSearchData' to package 'TargetSearch'.
Note that the dataset name has been renamed to 'TSExample'. To load it use
data(TSExample)
within 'TargetSearch'.
