Regulatory T cells (Treg cells) perform two distinct\nfunctions: they maintain self-tolerance, and they support organ\nhomeostasis by differentiating into specialized tissue Treg\ncells. The underlying dataset characterises the epigenetic and\ntranscriptomic modifications for specialized tissue Treg cells.",
